Not all lobster is the same.
Maine hard-shell lobster lives in cold Atlantic water that rarely exceeds 55°F. Cold water forces slow growth — and slow growth produces denser, sweeter, more complex meat than anything grown in warm water.
Most restaurants and grocery stores serve warm-water spiny lobster from the Caribbean or Southeast Asia. It's cheaper, easier to source frozen, and noticeably flat by comparison. You may not have known that's what you were eating — but once you taste cold-water Maine, you will.

Four Days a Week. Never Friday.
We ship Monday through Thursday via UPS Next Day Air. Friday is the one day we skip — UPS doesn't guarantee Saturday live-animal delivery, and we won't take that risk. Every other weekday, we ship. Your lobster is always in transit for 24 hours or less.
