Shipping Policy

We ship live Maine lobster via UPS Next Day Air — the only shipping method we use. Shipping is free on every order.

Ship Days

Monday through Thursday. Orders placed after Thursday noon, or on Friday through Sunday, ship the following Monday.

Delivery

UPS Next Day Air delivers by 10:30am the morning after we ship. You receive a tracking number by email when we hand off the package.

Shipping Cost

Free. UPS Next Day Air shipping is included in the price of every order — no fees added at checkout.

Geographic Coverage

Continental US (48 states). We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska.

Why Not Friday

UPS does not guarantee Saturday delivery for live animals. A Friday shipment risks sitting in a UPS facility over the weekend. We will not take that risk — so Friday is the one day we don't ship.

UPS Delays

If UPS delays delivery and a lobster arrives dead as a result, we honor our live arrival guarantee. Contact us immediately with a photo.

Live Arrival Guarantee

If your lobster arrives dead, contact us within 2 hours of delivery with a photo. We will replace or refund your order — your choice.
